Workshop Dates and Locations

All workshops are held near major airports with shuttle service available.

 

 

Please Note: Pre-paid registration for the NCE and NCMHCE study materials and workshops must be received 30 days prior to the workshop date selected. All registrations received less than 30 days of a selected workshop date will be charged an additional $40 late registration fee.

 

We reserve the right to change or cancel a workshop date due to low registration, inclement weather, or illness of the presenter. Candidates will be notified by email within 21 days of the workshop date about any changes in dates, location, or ASAP if cancelled due to illness of the presenter. We have never canceled any workshops for which registrations were received. However, we recommend airline ticket cancellation insurance for out-of-state candidates.

 

Candidates who register within five business days of a workshop date will receive their materials at the workshop. Be sure to select the "Pick up or Refresher Workshop" shipping option during checkout. Walk-ins are welcome but will be charged the additional $40 late registration fee plus a $10 on site processing fee. However, seating and extra copies of the materials are limited so pre-paid registration is recommended.

NCMHCE WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

There will be 10-minute breaks during the review sessions. Free amenities are provided during the workshops. Lunch is not provided. A restaurant is on location and several others are near the hotel for your convenience.

 

There are no refunds for the study materials or workshops. However, workshop registrations may be transferred once within three months of the original workshop date. Afterward, there is a $25 transfer fee to change a workshop registration date. Transfers are conditioned upon available seating. We reserve the right to cancel or change all workshops due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or illness of the presenter.
