License Agreement and Store Policies

 

License Agreement: The United States Publication and Copyrights Act protect the written materials, software, and all supplemental material. All rights are reserved and held by the author and publisher New Strength Counseling Service effective January 15, 2002; and apply to all subsequent editions, revisions and versions. This purchase is a license to use and not a sale. You may not transfer the Product to someone else or assign any of the rights under this license, even if you cease all use of the Product. The manual, computer disk, and any supplementary materials are licensed for the exclusive use of the original purchaser (“you”). The manual, computer disk, and any supplementary materials may not be shared with or loaned to another person, disseminated for free, resold, copied, reproduced, stored to any other media format nor publicly presented in whole or in part. You may use the disk from one computer location to another, provided it is only used by the original purchaser and there is no possibility of it being used at two or more locations at one time. Please note that the license agreement that appears before each quiz and exam within the software is a separate agreement that applies to those who purchase the test generating software from the manufacturer and does not alter or supersede the agreement with New Strength Counseling Service.

 

Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your personal and credit card information.  We do not share or sell any information about you with anyone except with those necessary to fulfill your order and process your payment. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and card validation number).  We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

 

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for the study materials or workshops after the materials are shipped. However, workshop registrations may be transferred once within three months of the original workshop date. Afterward, there is a $25 transfer fee to change a workshop registration date. Transfers are conditioned upon available seating. We reserve the right to cancel or change all workshops due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or illness of the presenter.

 

Computer Compatibility: Our software will run on computers using Windows 95 through Windows XP operating systems. Some customers have had compatibility problems on computers using Windows Vista and Windows 7 Home Premium. MAC computers must have a PC emulator compatible for Windows 95 through XP to use the software.

INDEMNIFICATION:  Users of the materials and participants in the workshops agree to indemnify and hold New Strength Counseling Service, its founder, owner (s), employees, director, board, affiliates or their heirs harmless from and against any and all costs, liabilities, claims, or demands (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses of any kind whatsoever) that arise or result from the use, reproduction or distribution of the manual, software, documentation, or promotional or sales materials.
